Executive Assistant/PA to Managing Director

Based in Ballerup, we invite you to bring your experiences as Executive Assistant or PA into play as you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Managing Director (MD) DK in the day-to-day operations and being right in the center for where the strategic decisions are being made.
Do you have political savvy and love to be right in the cross field between politics and commercial activities, this is the right job for you. Key accountabilities
Some of the main areas of responsibilities are:
• Production and coordination of presentations and preparation of data for the
management in a convincing and clearly structured manner
• Coordinate management meetings (ensuring agenda, taking minutes, ensuring
participation and follow-up on decisions etc.) and manage the MD's calendar
• Organizes processes and manage, analyze and allocate information from
various sources
• Follow and handling the Fujitsu processes: procurement, time management,
travel, expenses, corporate etc.
• Assist the MD with the right approval process in accordance with guidelines
• Organize meetings for Denmark (Sales meetings, Staff meetings, Ad hos
meetings etc.)
• Organize and follow up (i.e. process expenses) on travel arrangements for the
MD
• Organize, prepare and maintain data for the MD on Sharepoint and allocate
when necessary
• Act as project manager on smaller projects
• Participates in special projects that cannot be assigned to a functional area
Networking. Establishes an interface-oriented, sound communication network.
• Working together intensively with international key stakeholders
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have to have 3-5 years of experience from a similar position and still developing in to role as a trusted adviser and cultural ambassador for the MD of the company. In addition, you have:
• Excellent communication skills - orally and in writing in both Danish and
English
• Experience in running cross organizational projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong IT skills (i.e. MS Office) and a quick learner
• Enthusiastic, proactive and efficient
• Service-minded, positive and outgoing
• Trustworthy, loyal and reliable
• A self-starter as well as a dedicated team-player with strong integrity, political
flair and strong networking competencies
The majority of the tasks are handled independently, but you will also work together with other stakeholders in the Danish and European organization - including the local management team. As PA for the MD, you will find yourselves right in the middle of where the decisions are being made, supporting and consulting him/her in running the Danish subsidiary to the benefit of the company's growing customer base and committed employees.
