Senior Unified Communications Specialist

About the role
Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a Senior Unified Communications Specialist on a permanent, full time basis.
You will assist our Unified Communications Team Leader with the provision of technical support and analysis within technical disciplines associated to the Unified Communications team.
You will supervise less experienced colleagues and take responsibility for the overall technical quality of their work.
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to have extensive experience working within a senior role with strong technical knowledge of supporting Unified Communications.

- Lync 2010
- Skype for Business 2013/2015/2019
- SBC media gateways, preferable AudioCodes Mediant
- PBX to VoIP migrations and VOIP deployment projects (Lync /Skype for Business and Interactive Intelligence)
- Contact centre experience using Genesys/Call Manager
- Designing, deploying and testing MS Lync 2010/2013/Skype for Business in telephony service configuration
- SIP and ISDN protocol knowledge
- Microsoft Exchange unified messaging
- VMware vSphere 6.x
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
- You will be part of an on-call rota
