- In this role you will provide onsite technical support, maintenance and technical training to Arcam EBM machine users.
- Maintenance as per set procedures
- Troubleshooting - logical approach to identify the fault
- Recording service reports in CRM system
- Explaining service activity to customer
- Installation of machines
- Listening to customer feedback and requests
- Contribute to machine development/improvement through experience and feedback
- Understanding of the processes and ability to give advice on individual needs
- Logical approach to electrical and mechanical problems and how this effects the process
- Fault finding and determining the appropriate solution
- Liaising with HQ in Sweden for technical data & parts
- Mechanical/Electrical - minimum ONC or apprentice trained
- excellent communication skills
- Software - basic windows knowledge and Microsoft products
