HR and Payroll Administrator

£11.50 per hour
This an an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the HR and Payroll function of a busy, global business. The role ideally requires someone who has worked in a volume Payroll Administration position previously but also HR/Payroll Helpdesk experience will be considered. Also a graduate with a relevant degree and some practical work experience could also fit the role.
Role:
On a day to day basis assist the Payroll team with the administration of the payroll process
Answer any queries coming into the department via phone and email.
High volumes of data input
Produce documents to support internal communications
Manage relationship with external e-payslip provider
About You:
Experience in a Payroll Administration role highly desirable but other suitable backgrounds considered.
MS Office literate
Organisational and planning skills
Able to work on own initiative
Ability to work in a pressurised, volume environment
Excellent communication skills
