Role Purpose:



The job purpose is to work within BI/AI development team located in Łódź.
You will be involved in software development related to

• sentyment analysis
  
• prediction
  
• translation
  
• speach recognition
  

You will be a part of a team (5 engineers) within a fast growing R&D facility (200+ Engineers) located in Lodz with a focus on establishing a global R&D delivery department.

The role holder would be responsible for:

• Supporting external and internal clients with proper algorithms design and implementation
  
• Data analytics of wide variety of information (Financial, HR, Social media data )
  
• Modeling and programming (R, Python) in reference to statistical and mathematical requirements.
  
• Building analytical solutions based on Azure
  
• Creating and developing NLP software and/or machine learning
  

Key Performance Indicators

• Knowledge and experience in data analysis techniques
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics and statistical inference
• Knowledge of estimation theory and hypothesis verification
• Knowledge of mathematical modeling
• Basic knowledge of R and/or Python
• Knowledge and experience in AI & Machine Learning techniques, especially including:
• Models parameters estimation
• Models training and evaluation
• Text analysis
• Neural networks learning
• Language processing
• Ability to create algorithms
