About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Babcock Onshore team. We are a helicopter operator, approved training organisation and maintenance provider with design, production and completion capabilities based at Gloucestershire Airport, serving the Air Ambulance, HEMs, Police, Offshore and Renewables sectors. Aircrafts are located around the UK and Ireland in support of customer operations.
The key elements you will be responsible for are posting and registering invoices, coding invoices to align them to general ledgers and processing expenses for employees.
What do I need to do the role?
The person fulfilling this role must have experience of working in finance, data processing skills and a good understanding of Excel, including Vlookup and pivot tables.

- Salary is up to £21,000, dependent on experience.
- 40 hours per week standard hours (flexible working hours are available)
