We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SOC Manager in the Hertfordshire, you will be working for a major and global defence organisation working with international teams and ensuring the cyber capability is aligned with business functions.

The Role
*Within Information Management's (IM), Security Operations department is in charge of ensuring appropriate measures are applied to IM services to mitigate the risk of the Cyber Threat.
*As Security Operations Manager for UK, you will manage IM UK Security Operations Centre (SOC) across all domains to act as the chair for this organisation and ensure a co-ordinated response is applied to IM services either for proactive or reactive responses.
*You will lead a UK team of 3 people plus suppliers and co-ordinate activities withcounterparts in Europe
*Act as primary interface for the company and the UK Gov authorities, to manage IM response to the Cyber Threat Activities.
Key Skills:
*You have experiences in Cyber Security / Security Operations Centres
*You are used to work with different teams from different origins
*You are used to work with resources without hierarchical relation
*You are social and able to quickly create business network
*To succeed in this role you need great influence and communication skills
Permanent Role:
Location: Hertfordshire, Stevenage
Salary - to £65000 DOE + up to 20% Bonus
