Estimator

North West based Nuclear Company requires an experienced Estimator.

It's a 3 months contract role and you be will responsible for preparation of costs estimates and providing office support to technical, transport and projects team.

The role will be reported to Estimating and Planning Manager.

Duties of an Estimator:

*Preparation of budget voyage costs; providing commercial team with estimates for Voyages in accordance with Contractual requirements.
*Monitoring out turn costs against cost estimates and supporting the development and maintenance of a cost estimating database to underpin and assist in the generation of cost estimates.
*Supporting project managers with the justification of variations and claims.
*Manage own workload, including time and deadline management.
*Be required to be on-call out of hours on a rota as part of this role.

Requirements of an Estimator:

*The role requires an individual with good knowledge of estimating.
*Recognised professional qualification in a relevant area.
*Good knowledge cost estimating and other relevant experience.
*Capable of building good working relationships across all areas of the business and with external parties.
