Change Manager, Ministry of Defence, up to £450/Day

Our client, the Ministry of Defence, are seeking a Change Manager, to join them at Ministry of Defence Corsham, Westwells Rd, Box, Corsham SN13 9RA

Team: MOD//MOD Core//JFC//Director Information Systems Services

Initial contracts will run for 6 months and offer a rate up to £450/Day.

IR35 STATUS:  Inside IR35 legislation. Candidates would be required to operate through an umbrella company on this engagement.

This role requires Active SC clearance. Applicants require active SC clearance or the willingness to go through clearance before starting on site. Candidates with current clearance will be preferred.

Role Summary

• Business Change Readiness Planning, Preparation and Assessment.
• Manage DSIO Benefits, including Benefits Realisation Management.
• Development of a Programme of Work, in concert with the ISS Portfolio Office.
• Put in place the necessary GFx for ISS to meet all authority obligations for the SIP.
• Develop the CONOPS and supporting processes, procedures and ways of working in support of the DSIO mission, vision, values and strategic objectives.
• Develop RACI, Stakeholder Engagement Plan and Communications Strategy and Plan.
• Develop Year 1 Business Plan and Maturity Model for the DSIO.
• Develop tooling options study and case for investment.
• Design and implement DSIO governance.

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will be an Expert in Change Management concepts and practices. Capable in methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, counter-measures and contingency arrangements, particularly relating to the serious disruption of business services.

Candidate Eligibility
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, this role will not offer Visa sponsorship. Tier 2 – General visas cannot be accepted.
