Systems & Software Engineer

Currently looking to hire a number of Systems/ Software Engineers to join on either a contract or permanent basis. If successful, you will develop test cases and verify control system requirements on behalf of the client. You will assess requirements for testability design, test scripts for execution and report on identified system anomalies. You will undertake the responsibility for the technical function in your division. This will be within a wider team to deliver design or verification analysis through root cause analysis activities.

What are the essential skills?

- Demonstrable knowledge of System Design Lifecycle processes including industry methodologies such a V-Model and Agile

- Familiarity with the use of scripting languages such as Matlab & Adacore

- Basic knowledge of DO178B/C and ARP4754

- Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly with pro-active attitude to problem solving.

What is nice to have?

- DOORS experience

- Working knowledge of Gas Turbine control principles

- Ability to lead a small team would be advantageous
