Project Co-Ordinator, Ministry of Defence, up to £342/Day

Our client, the Ministry of Defence, are seeking a Project Co-Ordinator, to join them at Marlborough Lines, Monxton Road, Andover, SP11 8HJ

Team: MOD//MOD Core//Land Force//Force Dev & Trg//LS&E

Initial contracts will run for 2 months and offer a rate up to £342/Day.

IR35 STATUS:  Inside IR35 legislation. Candidates would be required to operate through an umbrella company on this engagement.

This role requires Active SC clearance. Applicants require active SC clearance or the willingness to go through clearance before starting on site. Candidates with current clearance will be preferred.

Role Summary

• The provision of Project Support activities for LEFOP.
• To update the relevant dashboards and trackers as required for reporting purposes.
• Support the LEFOP lead in managing RAID & Benefits.
• To manage Information Management and Exploitation for the project.
• To capture lessons learnt and best practice by exploiting learning from experience opportunities.
• Undertake Project Board and Working Group secretariat duties.
• To provide general secretarial support across the project.
• To manage the overarching project schedule; keep updated and prompt activity owners against actions.

Candidate Requirements

• Good understanding of project support is essential.
• MSP, APMP or PRINCE2 practitioner is the minimum level of training expected.
• Familiarity with microsoft project and MOR desirable.

Candidate Eligibility
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, this role will not offer Visa sponsorship. Tier 2 – General visas cannot be accepted.
