About the role
We are now seeking to recruit a talented and motivated individual to join us as a Regional Trainer - Hospitality, delivering a range of qualifications including Professional Cookery, Food Production & Cooking and Team Member, Front of House Hospitality Supervision and Leadership in the London area, primarily North East Stratford or Ilford area.
This position is field based with travel across the region and is open to qualified and non-qualified Assessors. We offer full training for hospitality professionals who would like to become a Trainer/Assessor.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate and will allow you to work independently, manage your own time and to draw on your hospitality expertise to provide learners in their workplace with the support and training they need to enable them to realise their full career potential.

What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to have demonstrable professional food industry expertise, working to supervisory or management level.
Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:
  • Delivering teaching, learning & assessment
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Assessment, progression and completion of learners
  • Building and developing relationships with employers also identifying potential employer to bring onto the programme

What else do I need to know?
  • A valid driving license is essential and you must have your own car with a willingness to travel within the region.
  • We are happy to talk about flexible working. Please ask about alternative patterns of work at interview.
  • There is an option for a company car scheme after 18 months
  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role and will also need to complete a medical assessment
