Engineering Project Manager- Defence

You will deliver a range of contracts and projects to target whilst managing stakeholder interfaces, customers and sub-contractors. Key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
Establish and implement effective project management processes
Support multi-disciplined project teams and encourage strong team working both within and beyond the Project Business Team.
Maintain top level plans, objectives and statements of work.
Define, agree and maintain project work breakdown structure, cost collection structures and project plans
Plan contract budgets
Contract risk and opportunity optimisation plans
Workload forecasting
Develop and maintain key relationships with customers and other external stakeholders

Successful candidates will have/be:
A proven track record of strong project and risk management skills and knowledge
Sound business judgement
Technical appreciation of complex problems
Strong communication & motivational skills
Extensive management experience, covering financial, commercial, engineering and project areas
Degree qualified or equivalent is beneficial
Experience in the Defence sector beneficial

Title: Project Manager- Multiple Positions
Pay Range & Bens: £40 - £57k + bonus, pension, flexi-time
Location: Hertfordshire
