Base Location: Flexible either Surrey, Hampshire, Worcestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire or London with extensive travel across the sites mentioned above
£80,000 - £95,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE + BENEFITS

The Job
You will be responsible for strategic relationships - Build and retain strong relationships with new and existing customers, in particular sponsor and policy groups within UK Government, and partners at executive and senior management levels across various defence sectors including, maritime, land and air.
Leadership is also a key part of this role - Form and lead a team of experts from across our commercial, programme, technical, finance and legal communities.
As the Campaign Manager you will be responsible for clarity of purpose - Develop, and maintain a clearly defined intent and scope, working with the Business Development Director to set challenging campaign objectives
Strategy is also key: Set the campaign win strategy and deliver against challenging objectives.
The Fit
You must have a strong Campaign/BD background with exposure to Electronic Warfare
You will also have commercial experience related to bidding and winning opportunities as well as working as part of a large pursuit team.
