Implementation & Deployment Specialist (x3) - DV / SC Clearance

LOCATION: Gloucestershire

DURATION: 10 Months Contract - option to extend based on personal performance

DAILY RATE: Highly Competitive - dependent on candidate's level of experience

CONDITIONS: Candidates that hold DV Clearance is preferred, however SC Cleared and non-cleared candidates eligible to undergo DV clearance will be considered for this post.

Role

We are looking to put together a talented and experienced team of Implementation & Deployment Specialists.

You will be responsible for the implementation, management, monitoring, maintenance and provisioning of the following services:

  • Automation, orchestration and configuration management
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud environment
  • Windows server 2008 R2, Windows server 2012 R2 and Windows server 2016 build, configuration and troubleshooting skills
  • Azure active directory and ADFS
  • Office365 Services
  • Mobile Device Management Cloud Offerings

    • Definitions of the below processes for new and existing services:

  • Disaster Recovery
  • Operational Acceptance Testing
  • Change Management
  • Developing Azure templates

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine configuration and adhoc changes across the cloud estate.
  • Perform routine and adhoc networking and infrastructure debugging activities e.g. ability to read and analyse network traces, fiddler, SQL trace etc. Suggest improvements to contribute to our continual improvement ethos.
  • Application deployment and initial configuration at a console level for cloud application such as Sharepoint and Exchange.
  • Develop and proactively manage our cloud services to ensure adequate performance and capacity across our IT system (ensuring value for money and performance are well balanced).
  • Creation of technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Deploying or integrating cloud technologies based on requirements.
  • End to end involvement in software delivery to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

    • Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of scripting configuration changes via PowerShell is essential
