Role Summary/Purpose:
    The position holder will be accountable for identifying and delivering high impact business level projects focused on portfolio management, cost out and operational rigor.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for securing bottom line benefits to the secure the future of the business
  • Responsible for establishing sustainable operational excellence throughout the business
  • Responsible for mapping multiple interacting business scenarios to enable the business to execute at its optimum
  • Define processes, IT tools, trainings, value stream, etc. to be used by the manufacturing community
  • Applies existing and new technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new manufacturing systems or processes
  • Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in technical, industrial and manufacturing disciplines
  • Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB)
  • Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Quantitative analytical skills including financial and probabilistic forecasting, such as: NPV, Monte Carlo and Six Sigma
  • Qualitative assessment skills including structured approaches such as: QFD, RACI, GRPI and Hoshin Kanri
  • Demonstrable strength with communication skills (both verbal and written report writing)
  • Project management qualification such as APM/PMP/Prince 2
  • Degree in an engineering discipline and/or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Extensive experience in a technical/industrial role across multiple industries and processes
