Business Analyst

We are currently recruiting across a number of roles within our business division - The Digital Systems Group (DSG), who operate mainly across the Aviation, Rail and Telecom sectors; with a specific focus on real time systems and most recent work with Heathrow Airport and Network Rail. DSG is an innovative team and has more of a start-up approach, supported by the wider business - meaning it can innovate quickly and move fast. As our work has grown, we are now looking for talented Digital Business Analysts to join our team. This role will involve a mix of working from client sites and remotely - you can be based in either London, Birmingham or Milton Keynes.

Key skills required:

• Experience of working for digital software and web development companies, with a thorough understanding of the Software Development Cycle.
• Project lead for the end-to-end process and building digital services, working with internal delivery and development teams.
• Create and present effective solutions to all stakeholder levels and identify new value to the business.
• Work with the wider UX team to consider future releases, roadmaps, usability and accessibility best practices.
• Working knowledge of Axure, Balsamiq, Microsoft Visio, Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools.
• Understanding of Usability, Accessibility and Content Management Systems, cross browser and cross platform compatibility issues.
