Our client, the Ministry of Defence, are seeking a Change Manager, to join them at MoD Corsham, Basil Hill Site, SN13 9NR

Team: MOD//MOD Core//JFC//Director Information Systems Services

Initial contracts will run for 6 months and offer a rate up to £450/Day.

IR35 STATUS:  Inside IR35 legislation. Candidates would be required to operate through an umbrella company on this engagement.

This role requires Active SC clearance. Applicants require active SC clearance or the willingness to go through clearance before starting on site. Candidates with current clearance will be preferred.

Role Summary

  • Identifying Change Management requirements.
  • Production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective.
  • Change Management from concept to execution and review.
  • Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of changes, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning.
  • The successful candidate will be an Expert in Change Management concepts and practices.
  • Capable in methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, counter-measures and contingency arrangements, particularly relating to the serious disruption of business services.


Candidate Eligibility
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, this role will not offer Visa sponsorship. Tier 2 – General visas cannot be accepted.
