Java Developer - Java 8 - Moorgate - London

Are you a skilled Software Engineer with recent experience of Java 8 Spring Framework? If so, please apply to a brand new contract role available in Moorgate in London for one of the worlds largest IT Service Providers.

You will have experience of working with Agile, typically SCRUM, and will quickly understand requirements and be able to demonstrate this by fast turnaround prototyping.

To be successful you will ideally have the following skillset:

• You will have excellent Java 8 skills, using the Spring Framework.
• You will have knowledge and experience of delivering compelling cloud native applications using web technologies and both the creation and consumption of APIs.
• You will have experience of creating RESTful micro-services, to be consumed by Single Page Web applications.
• You will have experience of open source databases and NOSQL databases such as MongoDB.

The position will require Baseline Security Clearance - in order to achieve this you must have a UK Passport and have been based within the UK for the last 5 years.
