Role Summary/Purpose:
    Coordinates multiple interdependent projects forming a program including application, analytics or infrastructure focused on the deployment of Brilliant Manufacturing tools and technologies. You will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. The role involves coordinating projects which span multiple sites to deliver DT solutions based on business need.
Essential Responsibilities:
    The role will involve coordinating projects which span multiple sites. You will work closely with the Brilliant Manufacturing Product Owners to combine the business vision with technical feasibility to deliver DT solutions based on business need. Manage multiple interdependent (Brilliant Manufacturing) projects to include application, analytics and infrastructure needs.Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of large / complex IT solutions / projects for the business. Coordinate and communicate all Change Management and Risk Management activities.Ensure conformance of established IT architecture, standards, practices, and programs. Work as a business partner with business leaders and users to creatively identify / evaluate / implement / improve business technology and processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions for business success. Initiate direct communication with wide range of customer, client, supplier, and systems personnel. Lead in the evaluation / implementation of third party software solutions. Initiate and coordinate outsourced supplier efforts, as required. Prepare, present, and review project plans, status reports, cost / benefit studies, and recommend funding and resources. Responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project deadlines. Deputise for Site DT Leader when Site DT Leader is unavailable, providing leadership in all DT activitiesLine manage DT Graduates. Coordinate communications, issue resolution, implementation and testing plans, training plans and successful transition to support and maintenance teams of architecture and operations activitiesStay current with emerging technologies and promote their use.
Qualifications/Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent.Strong professional experience in IT, including experience in Digital Supply Chain and/or ERP applications. Desired Characteristics:
  • Experience leading complex, diverse projects
  • Multiple large-scale system ERP implementations, preferably utilizing Supply Chain modules within a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience with Aviation projects and processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
  • Ability to balance the long-term and short-term implications of all decisions
  • Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships with Stakeholders at all levels of the organization; partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
  • Will challenge the status quo and advocate for Digital Transformation.
  • Desire and ability to roll up sleeves and dig into technical aspects of the products.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, MES systems, data warehousing and Web programming/data integration also a distinct advantage.
