You will be working on a flexible shift rota covering 9-5 and 10-6 Monday - Friday. You will be working with a team of 6 technicians to investigate and resolve incidents/service requests that are escalated from the 1st line support team.

Essential Skills include:

* Previous experience of working in a 2nd line support environment
* Knowledge and understanding of Windows Desktop Operating Systems
* Microsoft Office
* Server 2008/2012
* Exchange Mailbox management
* Printer Support
* IPv4 LAN infrastructure
* ITIL experience
* Active Directory
