Fire Safety Consultant (Property) - Home Based - Covering South East

A leading Safety and Risk Management Consultancy are looking to hire an experienced and Fire Safety qualified Consultant to join their prestigious, high-profile fast growing team - Home based covering South East of the UK

The successful candidate must have experience and understanding of conducting Fire Risk Assessments and Safety auditing within the residential and commercial property sector.

Responsibilities will include:

*Attend various client sites and conduct Fire /Health & Safety risk assessments and audits
*Create Health & Safety Management reports
*Conduct safety audits
*Advise, guide and coach all personnel with the implementation of the Company Procedures
*Advise on all current occupational H&S and environmental legislation
*Audits and Inspections of health & safety practices to be carried out across the business.
*Experience of advising in a multi-site environment
*Undertake regular reviews of the performance of personnel and contractors with regard to meeting the HS&E operating standards

Knowledge, Experience and qualifications required:

*Extensive experience and technical knowledge within the Property Sector/ Environment
*NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
*Fire Safety Qualification or Affiliation (a member of the IFE would be desirable)
*Professional Member of IOSH ( preferably working towards Chartership)
*Excellent communication skills
*Adaptable team member

*£40,000 - £45,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate) + benefits package
