Administrator / Personal Assistant

An undisclosed client of ours is currently recruiting for an admin / personal assistant to join their team. Due to the urgency of the role only those who already hold DV clearance will be considered.

Role description:

Supporting two senior managers within the Programme

  • Diary Management
  • Meeting, setting up and co coordinating - across multiple clients
  • Coordinating document reviews
  • Document Management
  • Timely arrangement of meetings and issuing of minutes and actions
  • Timely co ordination of document reviews

Required Skills

Suitable candidates should possess the following skills:

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good MS Office with excellent Outlook experience
  • Ability to deal with multiple and wide ranging tasks with multiple managers
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team player
