Administrator / Personal Assistant
An undisclosed client of ours is currently recruiting for an admin / personal assistant to join their team. Due to the urgency of the role only those who already hold DV clearance will be considered.
Role description:
Supporting two senior managers within the Programme
- Diary Management
- Meeting, setting up and co coordinating - across multiple clients
- Coordinating document reviews
- Document Management
- Timely arrangement of meetings and issuing of minutes and actions
- Timely co ordination of document reviews
Required Skills
Suitable candidates should possess the following skills:
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good MS Office with excellent Outlook experience
- Ability to deal with multiple and wide ranging tasks with multiple managers
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
