Supportability Lead

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced supportability consultant to provide the DE&S/MOD with supportability advice and consultancy. You will have had previous defence experience ideally within the land or secure communications domain, however other areas will be considered.
Educational Background:

MOD ILS licence or relevant experience of working at the B1/ B2 level within the DE&S/ MOD environment.
Or Degree / equivalent in appropriate Logistics management subject

Experience
*Experienced in the delivery of complex support programmes including support to business case, assurance and the use of a programme approach to ensure coherence between solutions in a complex environment
*Programme / project management experience and qualifications (APMP, AGILE, MSP preferred)
*Demonstrates an understanding of MOD LOG IS and how these can be applied for best use
*Experience of Support Chain development and delivery
*Change and transition management (project delivery into service) experience
*Tender development and assessment experience.
*Stakeholder management experience - cross DLOD and within a complex programme multi-vendor environment
*Ability to solve complex problems in multi project environments
*Ability to develop strategic threads into a cohesive support strategy
*Resource management cross a multi contractor environment within a matrix customer environment - you task the staff but do not own them
*Staff development and cross skilling (knowledge transfer to the customer
