Role Summary/Purpose:
    The Graduate - Order Entry Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are accurately reflected within MRP consistently to enable effective forecasting. This role is also responsible for the development and automation of demand loading into the system. The position requires understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (ideally at technical Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent).This role is a graduate position for a fixed term period of 20 months.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that Demand is input within the SIOP process
  • Work closely with the Demand team to monitor demand streams from programmes and automate Demand loading
  • Auditing system demand within MRP to meet target of 100% data accuracy
  • Track forecast orders to ensure they do not fall into arrears and that they accurately reflect customer demand signal
  • Manage and monitor held orders and work with multi-functional teams to ensure their timely release
  • Support the Graduate & Intern to ensure early talent team members are developed and consistently challenged to achieve their best performance in their day-to-day roles
  • Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent
  • Works together with people from the business unit
  • Communicates with direct team and supervisor
  • Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Graduated with a Business/Management related degree or equivalent knowledge
  • Experience with MRP systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT
  • Be proficient in producing clear and precise written reports
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels & functions within the business
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good problem solving skills & being able to perform effectively in pressurised situations
