DevOps Engineer Candidate Criteria:

Looking for Engineers who can understand the full architecture

Looking for Engineers that know one of these tools very well - Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, Maven, Puppet , Ansible is preferred

Must have good command of the Linux Command Line - 90% of work is Linux based

Engineers must be able to demonstrate technical discipline of building from the ground up

AWS experience is highly desirable

The Engineers must have a strong "can do", proactive attitude - someone who can get up to speed quickly.

Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile environment.

Demonstrable experience with Docker and familiar with immutable infrastructure concepts.

Working knowledge of deployment frameworks such as Jenkins, monitoring frameworks
