Role Summary/Purpose:
    We are looking for a Supply Chain Leader for a critical $150 million product team at our Cheltenham campus, driving full end to end ownership of the value stream supply chain. The role will include the co-ordination of production plans to ensure uninterrupted production output to meet customer and business demands. Additionally, the role will be responsible for proactively managing the supply base across the product team scope
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Own system reporting of supply chain performance and drive data integrity and quality
  • Lead continued deployment and development of production planning of F35 top level and PCB
  • Partner with PFL to drive material control excellence: operating rhythms (shortages, MRB) and embed standard work processes to sustain best practice and stock accuracy
  • Proactive risk management of the supply chain
  • Own inventory management/allocation and stocking strategies for the F35 Value Stream to deliver turns improvement
  • Lead cross functional co-ordination and ownership of tactical supply chain issues to resolution (including supplier shortages, supplier quality and internal production line issues)
  • Validation and leadership of the conversion of the LOT12-14 PO into long term supplier agreements
  • Accountable for supplier cost out programs (deflation) matching program targets
  • Ensure engineering change implementation is executing cleanly into the production and supply chain, mitigating supply chain impact
  • Partner with key suppliers to link production rates (pull) and embed kit presentation
  • The role will have direct line management responsibility for the F35 and PCB production planning organisations and dotted line leadership of the sourcing and material control functions
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge
