Role Summary/Purpose:
    The Executive Product Manager is responsible for delivering the P&L for Power Distribution and Management business and directing the Program Management function. This leader will create the business concepts and growth opportunities, develop strategy, and implement change. In this role you will create programs responsive to external environment and drive successful execution to meet agreed business targets.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, direction, and control for delivery of the P&L for the Power Product Business
  • Manage a portfolio of products through the life cycle to deliver margin and cash and grow the business
  • Define overall product roadmap and drive effective NPI
  • Create and manage the customer engagement model for current and potential customers
  • Directly lead a team of approx. 40 employees in the commercial functions
  • Work in partnership with site supply chain and engineering leadership on shared goals and accountability to deliver on customer commitments
  • Coach and build the talent base and drive customer focus across the team
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Sinificant progressive leadership experience and significant experience in a product management / an equivalent commercial role
