Business Change Manager
SC Security Clearance is required
Location: London, Warrington or Bristol
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Our client are currently seeking for a Business Change Manager within London, Warrington or Bristol area. You will be responsible for lead on business change activity and work with the programme/project to support the delivery of the Business Case benefits and outcomes. Champion the use of best practice and provide expert advice for team members and the programme and project management community.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the programme delivery managers in preparing and updating the change management elements of the Business Case
Support the programme delivery managers to create the required business change products. Manage the engagement with key contacts. Ensure products are fit for purpose
Manage the business change plan for specific area of responsibility
Identify, qualify and update the business readiness criteria across area of responsibility before implementation. Support the tracking of these to approve/refuse go-live
Work with stakeholders managers, programme delivery managers and the communications team to create and maintain the communications plan as it relates to business change messaging.
Provide content for communication relating to business change across the area of responsibility
Essential Skills:
Detailed knowledge of change management and implementation
Good understanding of stakeholders engagement
Understanding of other project or programme management methodologies, tools and techniques including: requirements management, solutions development planning, scheduling, resource management, budgeting and cost management, risk and issue management, governance, frameworks and methodologies, assurance and business case development, change control and benefits management
Excellent interpersonal skills/customer skills
Risk Management
Presentation Skills
Proven track record of managing significant business and cultural change
Proven experience of managing a team or first line management
Familiarity with external applicable quality standards
Understanding of the need to maintain a practical and pragmatic approach to standard compliance
