Service Desk Analyst to join a busy managed service desk based in Nottingham.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will come from a similar background with excellent customer service skills and experience within a Service Desk environment.

Key skills for the Service Desk Analyst include; - Excellent phone manner; - MS Windows; - MS Office including Outlook; - Internet Browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer etc)

Duration - 1 month rolling Location - Nottingham Rate - £113.52 per day
