Urgent requirement for SC Cleared Service Desk engineers to work on a Deployment project with our client

The Service Desk Engineer role will be working in deployment support receiving calls from engineers that are deploying overseas, hence the staggered shifts mentioned below. As the Service Desk Engineer you must have had experience working in a support role. You will be doing call Triage, Call logging on the AA10 System and Issue Resolution

This role is across 3 shifts and will require the engineer to be flexible and able to work across all 3 shifts as and when asked.

The shifts are as follows;

08:00 - 16:30

16:00 - 00:30

00:00 - 8:30

Saturday and Sunday work will also be required however this will be intermittent.
