We have an excellent opportunity, with a great client, for a Deskside Support Engineer. You will be working with a global leader on a great project.

Key Skills & Experience:
* Ideally minimum 5 years experience as Technical Support Engineer.
* Ideally minimum 1 year experience of supporting Executive level users.
* Must be able to demonstrate working under pressure and dealing with a difficult situation.
* Experience of multiple vendor equipment.
* Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure End user satisfaction.
* Confident and approachable personality.
* Smart appearance - to be the face of the organisation in front of the customer.
* Ability to communicate at various levels, both face-2-face and over the phone.
* Able to work on own initiative and be part of a geographically dispersed team
* Experience in supporting VIP Users in an Executive Function.

Technological skills required:
* Setup and testing of VC equipment including using bridging application.
* Diagnosing faulty VC equipment.
* Preventative maintenance on VC equipment.
* Very good knowledge of supporting Apple devices including iPads and iPhones - Inc. Setting devices up.
* Cable management - to ensure quality of work and traceability.
* All round desktop and laptop support in a corporate environment.
* Printer support - Hands on to change waste toner cartridges and toners, diagnose faults on standalone printers and installation of new devices.
* Supporting Windows O/S, Supporting Windows in a Domain and Network Environment. Supporting Microsoft Email Clients, Microsoft Office Products, Office 365.
* Basic IP telephony support.
* Testing equipment, checking firmware levels and flashing devices where required.
* Responding to demanding SLA's and going above and beyond when required ensuring the job is done as best as possible.
* Call management within call logging tool and support documentation updating is a must to ensure continuity of service for client.
* Liaising with Client building management and 3rd parties where required for installations and repairs.
