Technical Support Engineers - SC Cleared, Canary Wharf - Initial 4 Month Contract

My client is a large well known UK company who is listed on the London Stock Exchange and has been established for well over 30 years. They are looking for a team to provide initial technical support to recently migrated users who have left the Upgrade Centre and returned to their desks. Users will be identifiable via the Upgrade Flag (details to be confirmed)

Key responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues experienced by the user (Mail, apps, PGP, etc.)
  • Any technical issues which are raised by the user are to be captured on the Incident Tracker (attached)
  • Where an issue cannot be resolved, the Floorwalker should report the issue back to the Lead Floorwalker after each Hourly Upgrade Clinic
  • Update the Floor walking Schedule with the users that have been visited and report back after each hourly Upgrade Clinic
  • Refer to the Known Issues Log (to be populated) when trouble-shooting issues
  • Support VIP users
  • RAS Tokens - assist user with any issues with their soft or hard token

Candidates are required to hold SC Clearance
