Our client, require a Service Desk Engineer / Service Desk Analyst to work in their client offices based in Birmingham on a contract basis.

£10.50 PAYE

Service Desk Engineer / Service Desk Analyst Essential Skills:
- Experience in Customer Service /Support roles
- Customer Service
- Experience working in a 1st / 2nd line support role
- Reliable
- Hardworking
- Excellent communication skills

Service Desk Engineer / Service Desk Analyst Desirable Skills:
- ITIL awareness
