EOD Support Engineer - Poole
This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Engineer to join a growing organisation in Poole. In this role, you will provide a formal and structured support for specialist products, which will include ROVs. With a strong mechanical and electrical engineering background, the successful candidate will work with equipment and technologies in an ever changing dynamic arena.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Ideally have a background of working with / repairing ROVs or similar equipment, not essential as full training will be given as long as experience with complex electromechanical systems can be proven.
- SC cleared or SC clearable.
- Microsoft Office compliant.
Carrying out equipment evaluation "on site" remaining calm and controlled under extreme pressure. The ability to communicate orally and in writing on technical topics is essential. Must be able to prioritise tasks quickly, with the added ability to define / solve problems in a technical / quality / design environment.
