We are looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist to deliver activities in support of the engagement strategy, running the employee engagement survey and providing analysis and insight to the internal communications and engagement team and other stakeholders.

As an Employee Engagement Specialist you will be responsible for the coordination of Engagement Champion forums, regular and periodic engagement measurement activities including employee survey communications to ensure a good response rate. You will be contributing to the reporting, analysis and development of insights from the survey results for key stakeholders. You will also work on training materials and resources to help leaders and engagement champions build action plans based on survey results and maintain and keep the engagement portal page up to date and relevant.

We are looking for the Employee Engagement Specialist to have:

  • Degree level education - preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Experience of analysis of employee opinion data
  • Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience of surveys/questionnaires
  • Experience of using MS Excel and analysing data to draw out key messages
