An opportunity for a current Sales Manager/Sales Director with software integration and development experience to join a rapidly expanding business with offices in Bristol and London.
Supported by a US parent and European group, this organisation is beginning a time of rapid growth. Reporting to the Managing Director of the business unit, this position is available due to promotion and has been identified as a strategically imperative role supporting the Managing Director in aspects such as;
- KPI Management
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Business Development
With the aim to double turnover and headcount in the next 5 years, the opportunity is built to produce stringent and robust processes and procedures as well as clear reporting mechanisms to assist the Managing Director in growth and produce a framework of which to grow further.
This organisation operates in the government, defence and wider commercial field and specialises in software development, software integration and process improvement.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in operating across all of the areas identified above and communicate clear and structured thinking around building a robust business development channel.
This is a unique opportunity that will suit someone from a sales background, particularly in management as this is a key aspect of the role. You will also demonstrate experience in business wins and the figures behind them. Operating mainly in in the £1-£5million space, this is role is particularly focused towards those with SME experience, used to formulating bids for small/medium projects and alongside similar size or larger software integrators.
