Customer Insight Researcher
Permanent role - Central London.
Are you able to analyse data and tell a story with the data finds, with experience of Quality and research tools?
This opportunity is to work for a fantastic company who offer the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical staff to help the business.
You will work with a team of 6 people to do internal and external research, showing products/ideas and see if this fits with the user/feedback. You may also work with people and understand what re the new trends are, and what the market requires.
Do you have extensive experience of being able to present findings using research data collected?
You may have had exposure to Net Promoter Score (NPS) or a similar tool.
