The selected candidate will be a qualified and experienced radar analyst and modeller and have recent experience in the support, design and building of the signal processing chains for Radar systems (both analogue and digital). The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to develop solutions with limited information. Working as part of a specialist team you will use bespoke software to develop signal processing elements of complex radar systems. The tasks will require you to program a graphical programming environment, utilising skills and experience in research, mathematical modelling, simulation and analysis. The candidate must be a self-starter and shall be responsible for discrete tasks of specification, design, modelling, testing, validation, and results analysis. The candidate must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and competent team player who can communicate clearly.
The candidate should have 5-10 years or more experience in radar analysis and modelling.
The candidate shall have experience of System Engineering concepts, including requirements capture, and configuration control.
The candidate must hold a UK MoD DV clearance for access to the appropriate security level. The rate is £350 - £550 per day depending upon experience.
