Business Change Lead
Our client requires an experienced Business Change Lead to support the implementation of large complex transformation programme. Our are client only interesting in candidates who have worked as a Business Change Specialist or Business Change Manager. Project Managers need not apply. Typical experience will include Implementation planning & management, organisation design & Implementation, Benefits management and Stakeholder Management. Tasks: Develop Business Change/Improvement plans and work with the business to implement and manage business change aligned to business needs and benefit. Initiates and facilitates communications with a diverse set of senior stakeholders within the business, other multi org departments and suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of solutions into the business. Part of your role will be to help minimise disruption to the business, as well as managing business risks and ensuring people are prepared for change. Crucial to your role will focusing on customer satisfaction with the ability to be flexible to change but also be a good listener and support less experienced colleagues. As a Business Change specialist you will be familar with Business Change methods e.g. PROSCI ADKAR, Changefirst or similar and it is prefered that you have been formally trained. Candidates who are successful will be required to go through DV Security Clearance which can take some months to achieve before starting.
