Shift Electrical Craft Practitioner

Location - Reading area

Package: Basic salary plus shift allowance, on call and contributory pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, additional flexible benefits scheme and excellent work/life balance. Rolling rostered shift covering days and nights, four on duty and four off.

We are looking to recruit an experienced craft practitioner to carry out a wide range of activities across the site including planned and reactive maintenance and response to plant alarms in support of the site emergency arrangements and the 24 hour running and resilience of AWE.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with varying levels of experience who are looking for further their career.

To be considered for the role you must have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship and be qualified to NVQ level 2, City and Guilds Part II or Ordinary National Certificate.

Candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Candidates must also be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
