Programme Support / PMO Lead
Our client requires a DV Cleared Programme Coordinator to provide Programme Support/ PMO to Project Managers to aid successful project delivery. Typical tasks: Coordinating teams across a range of department at various locations. Comfortable engaging with Senior stakeholders across multi org locations, Picking up a large amount of work from the outset, Manage Programme Plans, Checkpoints and Board reports/options/papers, Plan & monitor c-ordination of programme activities, Coordination of Programme progress and tasking of resource, Identify and report and risk/issues associated with Programme or work packages, Report to Programme Manager any deviations from the plan, recommend corrective action and prepare appropriate Exception plans, Draft & distribute monthly reports: financial data, milestone progress, risk and issues, Facilitation of risk & issue identification workshops, Drafting and ongoing maintenance/progress/update of registers, Administer escalation processes, Scheduling across multi org locations, Maintenance of Financial Forecasting Spreadsheets, Knowledge of Accruals. You will working in a team set up approx. 6 months ago. Set up to manage delivery across multi org in order to deliver set objectives in relation to the clients strategy. Essential: Experience of in similar environment and level, In depth knowledge of project tools and methodologies. Also interested in Project Managers with Programme Coordination/PMO skills. DV Security Clearance will be utilised as part of the role.
