Benefits Manager - DV Cleared
Our client require a DV Cleared Benefits Manager who will work across all functions of the corporate shared services programme to define the benefits and the measurement criteria through which their realisation can be tracked. You will be working with PMs & BAs to map benefits and track benefit data, ensure that sufficient baseline information is available to be able to measure and track the delivery of finance and non-financial benefits, provide benefit information to support the creation of the full business case for the programme, manage the creation of the benefits realisation plan, working with the business change managers to link behavioural changes to benefits delivery plans, establish business ownership of benefit delivery, create effective, timely and proportionate mechanisms and processes for benefit tracking and reporting working with the PMO and the business to embed benefit tracking and reporting in the longer term. Essential skills and experience: Strong spreadsheet ability - mapping benefits and tracking data will be on spreadsheet, Experience of creating benefits maps, profiles and realisation plans, Experience of tracking benefits across a number of different teams/departments/organisations, familiar with the latest IPA benefits guidance and ideally a 'Benefits Management Practitioner' and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. DV Security Clearance will be utilised as part of the role.
