Organisational Design Manager - DV Cleared
Our client require a DV Cleared Organisational Design Manager that will prepare, equip and support our clients senior management team to implement a new IT shared service. You will be required to build and support an effective leadership team that leads through the transition and transformation phases, embedding role model and defined leadership behaviors. Tasks. establish, develop and implement leadership campaign that takes into account the new target operating model concept, design, plan and run individual, group workshops or large events and development and delivery of the Leaders Development Programme (training and coaching) for the new leadership structure. Essential: Organisational and people centric change leadership practices, designing, creating and leading junior to executive to form the new organisation. Have experience and creditability to work with board level to team leader level and must adapt and flex style accordingly. Be commercially familiar with aspects or engaging with internal and external partners, including support, integration and costing. Qualifications that would benefit the role : Leadership Development Facilitator Coach, Change Practitioner (Changefirst, PROSCI Adkar or similar) Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). DV Clearance will be utilised as part of the role.
