My client who are one of the UK's leading telecommunications company are looking for a number of Delivery Manager's to join their team on an initial 3 months contract in Newbury.
The ideal candidate will have worked in IT before and able to work/influence business stakeholders.
The Solution Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering new IT capability through the management of programme or large-medium sized cross functional project. Plans, directs and manages end to end delivery activities to deliver the business outcome.
Is the single point of contact for the business partners. Develops the plans, and budgets and assists the business partners with the development of the business case, manages the risks and issues. Is responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of the business / technology outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience in managing end to end technical delivery. Experience of software delivery life cycle methodology including Agile environment
- Ability to understand, support and articulate complex change processes and governance
- Influencing - adapts style and influencing skills to a range of complex situations and stakeholder needs
- Recognised Project and Programme Management accreditation e.g. Prince 2, PMP, MSP, etc.
