Babcock International Group is currently looking to recruit a BMW Group Academy Trainer to work onsite at our Prestigious Clients' training academy, based in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, design, development and maintenance of non-technical training courses to include sales and aftersales, in support of Babcock training operations.

The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about learning and development. Ideally with a background in formal training delivering or the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and design of Automotive sales and aftersales courses
  • Liaise in partnership with the Customer to identify training needs within the clients' Network
  • Respond to changing customer needs by providing timely and effective training solutions
  • Work in partnership with coaches, trainers assessors and actors to deliver effective training

Requirements:

  • Passionate about formal training delivery
  • The ability to cross skill on various subject matters
  • Offsite training delivery in line with business needs
  • Flexible and adaptable working within a one team culture

Desirable:

  • Experience in Sales or Aftersales within an automotive retailer environment or formal training outside of this sector
  • Passionate about cars
  • Experience in project delivery from conception to implementation
  • Relevant automotive retailer systems and process knowledge

Role Information
£33,000 - £35,000
Permanent, Full-time
37.5 hours per week (typically Monday to Friday, subject to business requirements)
