The Technology Services division of Northrop Grumman is seeking a dynamic administrator to join our team in Lincolnshire to provide administrative support to the Whole Life Support Programme (WLSP).

Reporting to the Service Support Manager, you will be part of a team of 3 administrators responsible for providing administrative support to the programme.  The successful candidate will have previous office administration experience, able to react quickly and effectively to day to day requests for support with a positive and 'can do' attitude. In addition, you will be able to take responsibility for key operational tasks including H&S administration and Inventory management.

Key Responsibilities 



  • Attend key programme meetings, facilitating accurate minutes to be distributed in a timely manner – acts as secretary to key meetings
  • Assist with arrangement and facilitation of senior Management visits / meetings
  • Administer the Master Action Tracker & drive assigned actions to completion
  • Make travel arrangements, reservations and compile travel schedules locally and through agency
  • Deputise and support the Health & Safety Manager
  • Support and manage Inventories    


  • Support the Modification, Operations and other teams in day to day administration of their functions   
  • Support the companies STEM activities
  • Support the Commercial team
  • Distribute customer derived technical instructions to Team Sentry parties, updating SCAPS (Sentry Cost and Performance System (SCAPS) and UK Export Logs
  • Maintain local departmental leave records
  • Maintain accurate record retention systems
  • Support the Quality Team with administration type tasks
  • Performing additional administration duties and associated tasks as directed by the Support Services Manager including covering other admin roles
