Business Analyst - 3 months - £500/day LTD - East Bircham, Norfolk.


*Security Clearance: BPSS*

Analyse business change initiatives. Work with business change owners to gather, develop and document process maps and requirements. Work with business change owners and suppliers to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and necessary information is available. Issue resolution between internal and external stakeholders.

Key activities will include supporting the development of detailed Tender Specifications and supporting the overall Invite to Tender process, by engaging with identified roles within the current structure and capturing necessary data, including current performance standards and metrics, and creating necessary documentation. The role will also be responsible for understanding and documenting current processes using accepted Business Analysts tools and techniques', ensuring the output is documented in such a manner as to be consumable by other elements of the programme, such as the Enterprise Architect and individuals with less technical understanding or knowledge.

*Experience in gathering process requirements for the design and build of organisation processes, structures and/or IT application.
*Experience in conducting effective business analysis within change/transformation projects/programmes.
*Experience in capturing/estimating KPI volumes for future services and processes.
*Educational achievement or equivalent experience to higher education level in business/ICT/behaviour organisation studies or equivalent experience.
*Business analyst qualification e.g. BCS/ISEB.
*Experience in working across a number of business areas, maintaining a collaborative professional approach with colleagues to deliver tangible positive outcomes for the business.
*Experience in working effectively with customers and stakeholders at both operational and strategic levels, maintaining a positive, respectful and collaborative approach at all times.
*Proven ability to produce high quality, accurate and timely documents for customers/stakeholders in an information systems engineering environment.
*Conversant with BPMN 2.0 or equivalent.
*Confident user of Visio.
