We have an opening for a dynamic adaptable team player, to become an 'Associate Asset Operations Officer', joining AWEs Work Coordination group, supporting our colleagues in delivering AWEs programme.
Following initial training within our Work Coordination group, you will be required to deliver a flexible, varied and robust support function to the Asset Operations group; as part of the team you will deliver work coordination activities for local area operations, maintaining compliance with required processes and procedures.
This role will cover tasks aligned to the coordination and control of work, as well as supporting the facilities and ensuring service provider tasks are planned correctly, appropriately de-conflicted and have the correct documented approval levels.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills:
- Experience of document and record management using a variety of systems.
- An eye for detail.
- Great communication skills.
- Be capable of maintaining a high degree of effectiveness in a multi task role, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales.
- Ability to work using own initiative, having good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a diverse team.
- Able to readily adapt and respond quickly to changing situations, if required to do so.
- Good IT skills including the use of MS Office suite.
