Business Process Specialists
Business Process Specialists are required by this world renowned financial services client, to play a leading role in the introduction of digital automation strategies by helping to shape the process change strategies across 3 new operating entities within the organisation
In order to be successful in securing one of these Business Process Specialists roles candidates will need to be Lean/Six Sigma certified and must have gained experience of hands on delivery of LEAN / continuous improvement initiatives within a major corporate environment (preferably more than one). The candidate will also play an important role in fostering a culture of change through embedding LEAN Methodology and supporting frameworks, to deliver benefit for the business.
When successful you will lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement based workshops, challenging existing practices and driving ideas and solutions.
